The Black Cat House will be hosting an "open house" in our yard as part of Lincoln TRUE (Tour for Rewilding Urban Environments). We will be out here on Sunday afternoon from 1-6 PM. We hope you'll come and see our native plants, raised garden beds, rainwater collection system, and more. Come and harvest some herbs from our herb spiral, or pick up a "Compost the Rich!" sticker from our propaganda table on the porch. As always, this event is free and open to the public.

So we're calling all nature lovers to attend the Lincoln Tour for Rewilding Urban Environments on September 29th: Featuring multiple growing spaces to visit and experience on a tour around Lincoln. Follow our map bit.ly/LTRUE2024 on a tour of 12 pollinator gardens along with guided tours of Hawley Hamlet and Wilderness Park (Pioneers Blvd Entrance). There are free plants and live music at multiple locations along the tour, with fun activities and a broad learning experience that's free and open to the public."
