2/9/26 Minutes: Spring Calendar

In attendance: Anthony, Jackson (secretary), Nate, Salem, Simon
Start time: 7:05 PM

  1. Event Review – We had our “Why is Black History Important?” discussion here on Saturday. It wasn’t a huge turnout, but the conversation was highly engaging and everyone had plenty of space to have their say. (Even if we strayed a bit too far from Black history at times…)
  2. Library Donation – We have been offered two new books for our library. One is a history of race in Nebraska edited by our friend Kevin Abourezk. The other is a book about deepfakes co-authored by Anthony’s friend Chris Schwartz. We are happy to take them both into our lending library.
  3. Spring Calendar

“Why are boys terrified of women and that’s what your oppressors want” / “Why Feminism is For Everyone” discussion (follow-up on last month’s about race…)
